Something is being misinterpreted is the most polite way I can disagree...so no offense intended.

When the company purchased all assets and WebSafety name from WQNI, they paid them 27,000,000 shares valued at the time of the transaction 10 cents per share.

WBSI did not receive a single penny in any form, it was the other way around.

Another question, what source says WQNI is going on TV etc?

If that were happening, is it not reasonable to assume WBSI would send out an email alert, PR, post it on FB, tweet it....?
