I've tried explaining but to no avail. The thing is Falso can run a p&d at any time the whim strikes him. Maybe he needs money for the new condo on the golf course in CA, who knows. The great thing for Dom is that all it will take is a large reverse split and he can effectively purge all the current shareholders. His fave is the 1:2000 reverse split, that means a 20,000,000 share investor would be left 10,000 shares, and we all know how fast the pps drops as Falso & Crew dump. Then he can resell all his shares to a new group of stuckholders. Such is life for a pink pennystock CEO. I've seen the entire process play out many times before with Falso's companies - And I use the word 'companies' loosely. Most investors realize it's merely a way of selling shares.

Falso is living the American dream off the pocketbook of shareholders.
