crashco: There have never been any verified independent results. Never.
Prediction: Warrants are due to expire Aug 15 (though they have already extended several times, the last time was after they said it was a final extension…and when they extended again, so who knows). they will do a release early next week to juice the SP so once again the insiders can make money. Of course the sell off by these warrant holders will ultimate drive the SP down where it will stay.
The release will either be Tox is scheduled to start, the lab has been sold to Diwan (though not sure how they think that will be perceived as good news, even at cost, all he did was wash his NNVC shares and now they're cash) or something about Ebola that will be truly fluff.
Announcing the start of Tox will give them at least another 2-4 years of milking the company, including bonuses, salary, and payments to their own companies, trips to Europe, family payroll checks and gift shares.
Why do I say this?
- The announcement buys them at least 6-12 months
- They wait another 3-6 for the outcry to force them to say something about the status of Tox, which will be the announcement of Tox completion
- Then they announce that they must now compile and analyze the data and write up the formal report. That's good for another 6-12 months.
And most will feel that they are on time and meeting all their deadlines.
The only variable is how strong the out cry will be, which if history is any indicator, will be minimal
They don't do anything because they don't have to. They make millions/year, and are heralded as doing what best for the company and the shareholders.
I applaud them for the flawless execution, but milking a shell with the promise of "game changing" product isn't a new game. It is as old as snake oil.
