Thank you for the back up info.

I looked into this further after asking my question, of a person back east who has been in this stock much longer than me, and the person who suggested I do DD and possibly buy in, which I did the 1st time 8-13-13.

1. WBSI paid WQNI 27,000,000 shares for all of their assets and the WebSaftey name.
2. WQNI never, to this day, invested any money into WBSI.
3. WQNI's Michael Adler joined WBSI's BOD and has since resigned.

My friend told me all this is in the WBSI SEC filings.
