Very little stock to issue for services to the point that if they bought dynomite with the remaining stock, they couldn't buy enough dynomite to blow a hole in a wet kleenex.
The website doesn't show an address or phone number. Seems like C. J. Condom and crew don't want to be found and are laying low hoping for a "hail mary" of some kind. They are probably holding their breath that the state or feds don't come for the unpaid employment taxes ... that could force a bankruptcy filing and force them to open up the books for review. That is when a stockholder with some legal and corp. accounting experience could be able to get in and find out where all the money went. An audit of the stock issued for services would probably show that a lot of that stock was actually issued for the benefit of insiders. As Sean "Chuckles" Floyd stated in his last post ... follow the money!!!!
