I certainly could be FOS. It wouldn't be the first time and won't be the last. However, I have called this one pretty well for a long time.

My issue is substance over vagueness for the CC. Of course, revenue should be a part of that but the more concrete info the new management can give investors, the better.

In a sales cycle, most contacts are initiated by the prospect. They look at several things before building the list for the initial meeting or RFI phase. One of them is financials. For most companies, the perception of a vendor with a penny stock and a falling share price eliminates the vendor quickly. The prospect would rather have a product that doesn't do all they need, but has a company behind it they can count on.

If the vendor does make the initial cut, they will be derided early by their competition as unstable, unreliable, etc. This is really easy to do. The multitude of failed companies from the dot-com days is testament to that point.

I agree with your point that Mr. Solms is aware of this and is trying to mitigate the possible consequences of not being at the growth point yet.
