I think the out riggers are only for testing to see how the corrections are working with the system - at first I thought they were the system lol - how are you doing DB ? me, same old same old except the last visit to the doc was news for me to lose some weight or else - so I have been on a zero to very low fat diet -cut out sugar completely -no ice cream no M&Ms it sucks!!!!
I have lost 10 lbs this month but I am having crazy azz cravings for grease - fries, burgers, bacon the good stuff - I need to get to 215 I am at 257 now - I really don't know if I can hang with this - a Jersey dog would sure be nice this morning - I have never really cared about my weight cause I would rather be happy than miserable on a diet but due to family history I have to stay out of the chips ahoy and no more 8 grilled cheese sandwiches with 16oz of whole milk - they can give me meds to control some of my issues but I don't want to take 40 pills 3 times a day - I am not that old yet - my main problem is all the meat that used to be on my butt shifted to my gut -strange phenomena along with my muscles melting - I have not drove myself to working out yet that's worse than dieting - my office at work is upstairs away from the cubicle nation so I figure going up and down the stair 50 times a day as my work out program - I could use a sausage and biscuit from McDonalds about now - I used to get one every morning on the way to work - no wonder I am screwed up -lol
Jeff called a while back and he seems to be putting his life back together - amazing how much damage was done by Qasp and not just financial loss either -
