(1) Form-10 Filed ON july 9,2014 (60) days to become effective.Then UPLIST TO OTCQB.


(2) Funding/$20M Finalizing/Documents on Projects/PGM ETC. (Previously News Released)


(3) Close on previously announced(May 29)PGM ACQUISITION,Right around the corner. (below)
