Please explain to me why the commencement of B2B sales would not be an expansion of operations...


If processors 4&5 are sold that would not be 'future expansion of our operations.'

That would be expansion of someone other entities operations.

JBI would not be in possession of them anymore thus no 'expansion' nor 'operations'.
