If float isn't going up it has to be the issuance of restricted shares. Maybe to finance people or insiders, or something.

Could be getting more property through deals with owners.

They have to be restricted if increasing OS or float would go up.

We just don't know the restriction time frame. If out a year or two it won't hurt us for a while.

I was watching level II and big bid whack was followed by an increase in the ask by almost 100 million the next day, in that case it can't be restricted if it can be immediately flipped.

So we saw some big dumping, followed by some company sells that were restricted in some way. Maybe some type of mirror trades.

Something is definitely happening. Not sure it is good or bad.

I do believe in revenues, if revenues increase as they say, pps will increase.
