thanks for the post! Some very interesting info that sounds very similar to AF's coverage of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals. I didn't know that AF was under investigation already when he was writing articles about Peregrine.

I like page 9... where they say "With your investigatory tools, you can better determine if collusion to manipulate the market price..." and I know you mentioned that the SEC did have some new analysis tools and I wonder if they are being put to good use. Many small biotechs may be in safer hands due to the work that "CREW" has initiated here, especially if the SEC acts accordingly.
