Shells can be had for less than $100 grand. No need to pay that PLUS another $600 grand to clear the liens. Doesn't make any rational economic sense. The shell is unsaleable and I doubt anyone has it listed for sale.

That's why the company has been completely silent. The CEO just walked away.
