I and several

investor friends have been lied to by the SOG group. Not necessarily Will Lott but by Dan and Tom.

I will believe they are in good shape when I see financials I can review and the necessary documents are filed with the SEC for re-list.

He is director and doesn't know enough to answer about the audit?
