I do not think there is a clear understanding of perceived value. What SFRX brings up is perceived value, maybe not realized value, but perceived value. That value does not go away or is discarded because the salvage permit is not in had. So, again, once treasure comes up.....everyone knows that the valuation of SFRX just went up big....and that is what drives the market.
