I agree imiloa, as there is a good side to the whole story too and that is Mark is still working on this and it appears he will file a form 10/audit (EDGAR) BEFORE the two year window. And even if this went beyond the 2 year window as long as Mark puts a PR out there (legitimate filing and not facebook)and we see the EDGAR filing that Mark is talking about, I think the SEC would agree to extend the window to shareholders who want to take action, however that won't be necessary to file (a complaint) if we see an EDGAR post for MIKP about the form 10/audit submittal.

At this stage of the game we are close and Mark is either going to stand out (come through) or continue to postpone the form 10/audit submittal.

I think we now have an excellent chance that something will happen here positively if we see EDGAR in the next day or two.
