My sources at otc indicate OTCs new policy is to research the history of companies first, to confirm it is a legit company, before letting the company use their otc account... it is a 2-3 week process. According to my intel, we are going on 3 weeks now from when my sources confirmed that a new company created an otc acc.
It should be completed any day now IMO.
