Those of us who have been investing in treasure for decades know that "permission to bring up a thousand coins" is a DAMN long way from "You OWN these thousand coins and are free to monetize them however you see fit". A smart investor would be MUCH more concerned with the latter.

Not to say the PPS won't move on treasure news, but it will really move on treasure OWNED. That is still, and always has been two years out...no matter which end of the horse you think you are on. Been here, been doing this for a looooong time.
