Most folks here don't even understand what a share count means as it effects market movement or market price....

But the shear amount of stock that can be sold into a rally has been the biggest problem with this stock moving upwards all the way back to when it was a nickel....

Simple fundamentals of market movement....

There are only a few company with as many as 6 billion shares and they are
Walmart, Apple and ExonMobile....

and when someone says good company we are in I will get another laugh...
