Market value on OTC page shows that it was updated yesterday showing that the outstanding share count is remaining the same. I think they're not updating the float because it will show another reduction sending the price up. They still want more shares in my opinion, but it is nice to know that the 'Shares Outstanding' hasn't increased as of yesterday.
