IMO the latest PR had been in the works for quite some time - Timing is everything...We will soon find out what resources and funds are behind it and what impacts are behind them.4

As for my take on the dates for P1 trials - I believe the latest prospectus was made public to update folks on how the new funds/resources will be used as a bridge plan to help move the process along and get the resources necessary in place and to help meet the 2014 timelines.

So yeah, my percentage is quite higher than yours.
