Yes I was told something similar however in Canada Monday is a holiday so at best they wouldn't see it until Tuesday.

Furthermore, I anticipate that the Securities Commission will most likely need time to review it and confirm receipt. I honestly don't know what kind of timelines they work on but I am assuming they need a little time on their end as well. I then believe it takes some time to process removal of the CTO.

It might very well be less than 2 weeks however I thought given that so much of the feedback is out of GCEI's hands, it was better to provide a conservative estimate to the Board.

Personally, I will be very happy to see this CTO lifted and continue my accumulation.
