I doubt it - but there are a lot of shares in the wild already that are unaccounted for. You never NEED a reverse split unless you are authorizing more shares and looking to dilute more - remember the goal is to build share holder value over the next 10 years which is fine - if you bought in high like some of us did you have 2 choices; get out, or walk away for a bit. If you bought in super low you also have 2 choices - walk away for a bit or try roflpip it for a few bucks. As revenues begin to go on the books things will get better; I agree with the statement that 2015 will be a much more solid year for ILIV
