Well JBII filed their 10Q finally, although it is hilarious, seems they disclose a different story from their recent PR about repairing equipment. they disclosed today that they still have no capital to repair the winter damage to the equipment. Quite a different story from their July 1st Press Release... lol

Some big dumps at open, granted it is big because the volume was zero the day before and well the 20 day moving average volume is barely 45,000 shares. Although this filing brings them current and Rule 144 holders can now sell again I do believe they are going to run into a wall for a few days as to their sales. The Illiquid Surcharge is going to be ever present until that 20ma in volume moves up high enough for them to dump any meaningful shares. Of course the next deadline is August 15th for the Q2 report.... so a 12 day window is open, unless of course they file an NT-10Q, but even that is questionable as to selling Rule 144 shares.
