Well now you're just being a little bit silly kpissme.
Your statement -
"The relevance would be to keep your investors happy, knowing that they have a product coming. Facebook is free to post, you would think they could post something to help people understand the delay if there was on by putting something out to say so. The lack of such leads one to believe that they don't care or they have fabricated the whole thing."

Okay, it's IMPOSSIBLE to fabricate your claim that you have registered your product with the FDA when that can be verified by looking at that government agency's own website! And everything else regarding packaging design (pictures have been made available) and other pertinent information have been publicized. I'm not happy with how long this has taken either, but that's because I thought it would take much less time. I underline "I thought" because although I wish they had told us or given us a better idea of how long it would take, since they didn't I went ahead and made a hopeful assumption, which has turned out to be incorrect, but that part is not their fault.

You're right in that it doesn't seem like they're concerned currently with "keeping their investors happy", which is odd since before they would PR every few days, always with a last sentence to the effect of, "...which should bring great profits to our investors..", and now it's just silence. Like I said recently, either this is one big fail, or they really have their hands full doing some really big things. In the end all I care about is a return on my investment, and I too wish they would update better. But we have no reason to believe anything with Emesyl has been fabricated.
