I suppose an argument might go something like this....if NTEK is indeed spending an estimated $500,000 per month buying shares to retire them per the reported projections...why would we want to do anything to stop the price from dropping (at least on a temporary basis) so that NTEK could retire the maximum amount of shares for the money and thereby help to increase the share price of those that remain?
Of course, it might help to know for certain that indeed they are in the process of buying but because there hasn't been any mention of additional dividends being paid per the same
"projections" there may be some doubt about whether or not NTEK is actually executing per their plans.

If one is long...then the short term price fluctuations are no big deal and dips provide buying opportunities.
If one isn't long then short term fluctuations are a concern.

Hopefully, we'll see something soon that will help discern things definitively.
