It bears noting that the WHE subsidiary has never sold one unit of the engine they currently advertise. The engine has never completed testing with OSU and the design and given the relationship with OSU the design could said to be up in the air. At the current time there are no solid customers to buy the product should it become available. Production is contingent on a CNC shop gearing up to supply parts and do assembly, as of this time there is no extant manufacturing facility.

Holding a part of the WHE subsidiary doesn't appear to be a valuable asset.
