The Bad news is good news for FnF

What?!?

Think about it. One of the reasons nothing has been done about FnF is that everyone is worried about upsetting the apple cart of the housing market. So no one is going to change or get rid of FnF with bad news going on. Especially when they are cash cows for the government.

So even if the overall market goes down...that actually takes pressure of Congress to act on FnF.

We probably want the judges to decide the fate of FnF without congressional interference. This is because Congress will be able to abdicate responsibility to do anything if the court makes a decision before they act.

Remember this is a long term play. The courts are definitely making it look like this will go in Shareholder favor in any decision.
