It is clear what the bashers of this stock are here for, To drive the price down period. They use the fact that this is a new company with no track record. And the fact it takes time to generate revenues (and profits)for a new company.
I think GRCU only got the !st web site up and running by mid May so financials will will only show about one and a half months worth of sales along with the start up costs. So you have to take that into consideration when the financials do come out. Also it takes time to build sales. The key things to look for will be actual sales and if expenses seem all out of control. Expenses may seem high because of the many this they are trying to start a quickly as possible, so you have to take that into consideration in your evaluation of their financials. Sorry for the rambling.
