popeye, yet the 774k gain is directly attributable to the agreement with the licensee. Seriously...

Earlier in the filing is discusses the fake gains of 774k and says it is part of the 900k consideration received from the licensee and then says later...the 774k gain is due to the license agreement with EYETALK365 LLC.

So the license agreement that is responsible for the 774k fake gain that says it is tied to EYETALK365 is not the same 774k fake gain that was received from the licensee??????
