Please opine on the latest discovery documents. We have not heard from you in a while. Especially, I would like your opinion on the issue if the "leaked" documents are admissable as evidence. More generally, could leaking these documents hurt shareholders case?
Some of the "leaked" documents are in the public domain...else how would "a shareholder" have gotten hold of said document? Online documents often become stale and are taken off search engines, but that does not stop an investor from cut and pasting copies to his computer and then reposting them or giving them to Investors United.
This is not "leaking" a document...it is simply a well organized investor who "reminds" people of a story already public knowledge.
