To sign up through any of the offline methods, you will need to fill out a simple registration form and present your California I.D. along with your Medical Recommendation Letter to your delivery driver upon arrival.

1) Sign up online at http://pharmajanes.com/sign-up/patient-sign-up. Simply attach and upload a copy of your Medical Recommendation and CA ID. Once you submit this, you will receive a collective agreement to fill out via Docusign. Once completed, your account will be created and you will be able to order through any one of our four ordering options.

2) Zopim/Instant Chat - Talk to a PharmaJanes rep live through our online chat feature. They will ask you a series of registration questions and then you can send in your CA ID and Medical Recommendation right there, through instant chat. Simply click (Options), and then click (Send File). From there a PharmaJanes rep can walk you through the rest of your registration process right there while you're online with them.

3) At-the-Door - Want to skip all the typing? We can take your order over the phone and have your driver do all the paperwork with you at the door! Just call us at our 800 number, provide the PharmaJanes rep with your Medical Recommendation information (Rec #, Verification website, & Expiration Date), an address within our coverage area, and a driver will complete the rest of the registration process with you upon delivery.
