Just wondering if the NBRI website is still an accurate source of outstanding shares and if NBRI is still issuing 8-K's announcing conversions called in or not like they used to, by the book, so to speak.

Because it sure looks like dilution lately with no updates whatsoever so I am speculating like the rest of y'all.
