Because those people are either A) impatient, B) stupid, C) A and B, or D) really just need the investment money back. I repeat, guarantee you it doesn't go to .04. Maybe 1.04, 2.04, but not 0.04. I notice the facts in my prior post weren't disputed. And rightfully so.
