I do not disagree. It was like a hijack.

However I do believe that the sec was already eye balling IDCN after Robin Bruhjell Brass' case and court docs stating that her barrel ass brother (Jeffrey) accepted over 300k of stolen money through this worthless shell. If that was not enough attention to draw the sec, I am sure that Oxygen Orchard having a stand off with majority shareholders was another possibility. Not to mention Bruhjell's alleged sales of this shell that never took place.

Is there planned sec litigation for Indocan due to the suspension?? I kind of lost track of that

Jeffrey Bruhjell certainly ran this scam for many years and regulators should review his tenure. However, Ken Ash, the former IR representative in partnership with Bruhjell, had become the court-appointed custodian in March 2012 tasked only with holding a shareholder vote for a new BOD and nothing else.
