Maybe I can help confuse you even more, I know i am confused. The 8k states NOHO, the registrant is no longer in control of CCPI, but also states CCPI operated Starpoint up to july 25 which was a day after the shares were exchanged between NOHO and CCPI which would lead me to believe CCPI no longer operates Starpoint and possibly NOHO does. To me its as clear as chocolate milk...go figure. go NOHO
