5 hour energy, now 5 hour buzz-kill! I would think this will likely cascade across the country and beyond. Attorney's alone could likely make a ton of money off of this and won't pass on any opportunity. There is blood in the water and allot of sharks out there! Could turn into a class-action?

Living Essentials (5-hour energy) has been trying to block us like the Comcast commercials with the bad guys! I'm all for dropping the hammer on them since they decided to bully and block us from being successful. We might want to drop a dime in the other states and make sure they are aware and encourage them to follow suit!

This destiny or what, the PR below mentioning them blocking us was only about 6 weeks ago!
