Here is an answer of sorts. I accidentally own a few shares of a medical marijuana company that has changed names and businesses a couple times. Today, they had a news release about a non-binding letter of intent. I THINK LBSR would do the same. But in the other case, all the parties were named and here the situation may be a little more complicated.

Actually, as far as time line, I sure do understand that things can take a while. But we are now coming on 5 weeks since JB started his ME trip, and I still think those entities has access to info weeks or months before. So it is within the realm of possibility that we could hear something soon.
