And where would that production be coming from. It does not show up at the TRRC and by the TRRC's rules it is a monthly requirement and this is considered applicable law as granted by the Texas legislative branch to the TRRC. If the production has not been reported it isn't there. Remember the Stockton? The Mitchell wells? the Kubacak? Same thing was said then and the only change is the name of the CEO and new leases that are nothing but crap leases. Treaty isn't going to change.
