I assert that 500 companies infringe REVO patents.
But I can't prove it.

REVO asserts that there are many companies, manufactures and distributers that have violated one or more of its patents.

But they can't prove it.

Carter has already asserted infringement, and identified some of the, allegedly, infringing companies to the North Carolina Business Court. The trial judge dismissed the assertions as irrelevant until they were backed up with admissible evidence.

Just goes to show that merely "asserting infringement" doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
