assuming you are right.. and amaryllo is liscensed by REVO then its pretty simple.
Amryllo becomes a defacto maunufacturer for REVO, and Radio Shack would become a perceived distrutor.
REVO will make the case that since they have shares in Radio Shack that this will allow them a seat on the board thus allowing them weight to get their product in the store.
what will have to be proven is that
#1 anybody has in fact liscensed the patents from REVO.. meaning eliminating the NDR and disclosing the liscensee (whom has a product). and..
#2 REVO would need to have enough shares of RSH to garner a seat on the board.
do i doubt your dd is not really the question, it took me a couple of minutes to figure out how it links.. the question is do i believe that #1 and 2 will happen. The answer is no.
I will not believe there is a liscensee with a product until it is publicly disclosed via 8k
I do however think it possible that they could risk 2 million in order to justify a forward split in company stock in order to have access and dump the remaining 8 million that greenwood funding will provide.
dude it aint that you arent trying i get it.. its that you are being snowed. if in fact #1 and #2 happen then sure i see REVO maybe taking off a little. But i dont believe that.. i think you will get no disclosure and mere insinuation.. it still may work for pumping the pps a bit who knows. but once they forward split the stock by 2 to to 3 billion shares its time to watch your tail feathers. UBRG has been creating revenue for years at losses. so what do they do? dump convertibles.. same would occur here. how much do you really think they are gonna make? home security cameras and set ups are a dime a dozen. REVO doesnt make money on units sold they make money on a percentage of the liscensing. since we have no disclosure on the terms of the lisecensing then we have nothing to go on.. they must disclose... end of story.
