Very surprised he has continued to find new money. All you have to do is Google company name or his name to come up with multiple fraud warnings. Statements of no real "company", with no income, no staff, no office, no product (how many people use Boomerang? 0-10?.) Why would anyone download anything to watch a video when you have Youtube? What? Is he living in 1999? Who are these fools that give him money after he has so clearly established his track record?

How many companies in hollywood organize parties? Answer: Hundreds. How many try to pretend that they are a stock market worthy operation, a public company? Answer: One.

Psychopathic behavior to the max. I am blown away that they even give him a table at a restaurant in Hollywood. I wonder if he knows that his children,, know too. Does he really think he can hide who he is from them?
