In my opinion, investing in employees is a good thing, it will keep them motivated, increase productivity, and hopefully have low attrition rate.

I really wish Mr. Shareef would speak to the investors this earnings cycle and let us know what he has planned and what we can expect.

Speaking of employees, sadly, Ben Padnos seemed to have moved on. His linked page indicates he ended employment with Adaptive in June 2014. I am not sure what to make of this.
