It seems to be me there was a deleted 2nd post treating JRT with a law suite... Just based on the quote in a JRT post...
I know JRT is certainly on a war path it seems, and might bring out the worst in some of us. But he has been a watchful eye and is part of the overall mix here. I think he has brought us invaluable information which needs to be cleared up. It does appear with his and SE's interaction, it's playful... So I believe they are in fact friends.
If this really is resurrected as a stock and the gushers all make out good, I suspect everyone will be very happy here. But for now, tensions will get high and some us may get testy from time to time.
I think we should stop bringing down JRT, he really needs to be here and be part of the mix.
