I'm simply pointing out this is business as usual. Cyclone was a sponsor for the IAASP meeting and campaigned to have Leno host it at his facilities, obviously to convince people it was an endorsement. That plan didn't go through. They did manage to visit his garage however and get a picture with him. No big deal, I know at least 6 people who have done that, he is very accomodating of the public. That photo later ended up on Facebook, the company Facebook page, not a personal one. Likewise they sent it out to other parties vis snail mail. Not long after the buzz was going around that Leno was endorsing them. As they knew it would. No need to bother with endorsements if you can just convince people you had it without the actual bother of getting the person to actually agree to allow their name to be used. Classy business tactic.
