and you also have to remember, the company is not doing the surveying results, etc. so when uspr tells you 45-60 days, they are probably passing on what they were told by the ukrainian group doing the study... so if the deadline is off, it's really not because of uspr management ...

but i'm sure they'll get blamed for it ...
