About a month ago... If it saves the company money, why not...

It's not uncommon... I have seen companies downgrade to the OTC from the NASDAQ because of the $30 grand a year in fees, not to mention the $1.00 minimum bid price.

In the case of the OTCQB, I believe the dues are $13,500...
The pink is much lower. As long as the companies remain fully reporting, which STTK is, I don't see a big difference other then the costs... IMO

Also, STTK has reported their 10-Q on time for the last two Q's.
Their are NASDAQ stocks that still put out NT-10-Q's all the time.
