It's true that I don't know that they will get money for drilling. But I don't see grounds for stating with certainty that they will not. The situation is such that it makes sense that they will get the money. I was wondering what argument you have that refutes that. Sarcasm is not an argument.

Anyway, for outsiders the entire thing is just a wild guess. Let's leave it at that.
