As a follow-up to this point. I sent Dr. Seymour an E-mail regarding the thinking that there might be a biosafety status to the new facility. I was contending that there was little to no need for this capacity at the new manufacturing plant.

The answer from Dr. Seymour was a clear no - as they were not working on any of the viruses at the facility, there was no need for the new facility to be set up for a containment function.

Instead - this work and part of any testing was what their collaborators in other places were tasked with as they were already set up for it.
