AXIOLOGIX, INC. retains leading New York law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP as SEC counsel and to prepare the Form-10 filing that will allow Axiologix to achieve fully reporting status with the SEC


IMO AXLX will merge with FLTT or WDAS as Vincent Brown(E) is imo majority owner of WDAS. Then uplist to the NYSE MKT using FLTT to do so. FLTT was a AMEX listed company and per Vincent all it will take to relist is a filing.
