TADF's "failure" is mainly a matter of perspective, I'm certain management truly believes they have been quite successful in completely deceiving the public with BS exclusively for their own personal gain, because in fact they were. They are now moving on with their lives, and without any true concern for anybody they intentionally burned along the way...
